I went looking for a new printing company for my 5x7” greeting cards after being unhappy with the previous big box store I had used. I had a few priorities: environmental options, quality, price, and if I could, a local company. I picked a few companies to check out and sent out inquiry emails late afternoon on a Friday, not expecting to hear anything until the next week. An hour later, a long and friendly reply came from Scott. He enthusiastically answered my questions: they didn’t have recycled paper, but all their paper was FSC, and they hoped to be a cardon neutral company ASAP. He suggested their bulk options for the best price, and to come in and chat about what I needed for paper options. He also shared he was super excited to work with other small businesses and that “Your success is our success”. I was floored by this quick and friendly response. I was going to wait for the other company responses, but I had made up my mind that I was going with Quinprint for my future printing services. Directly communicating with people to order my cards was new to me, as I had previously just uploaded my work to a system and ordered everything myself, but the Quinprint team was friendly and helpful! I was given paper recommendations that would be best for art cards and the bulk price was way better than what I got at the big box place. And I was able to get free delivery which was quick and efficient. It also turned out that a member of the Quinprint team had a little side hustle and frequented some of the same markets I did! Alana and I got to have some good chats. And this worked out to my benefit when I had to order extra holiday cards. Alana showed up at a market that we were both at with my card order! My order was finished and upon mentioning that we were going to be at the same market that night, Scott had told her to make sure I got them. I’ve been so happy with Quinprint, and how helpful and friendly they’ve been. I’ve been recommending them to others and I’m excited to be able to use and support a local company!

Quinprint was very helpful creating a pamphlet for my Dad's Celebration of Life. It was a bit complicated but they were able to do just what we wanted in a timely way.
